4. Recipients

We share personal data only with processors acting on our instructions: our hosting provider and email provider (Yandex 360). A full list is available on request. [Confirm and list all processors, including any messaging/CRM tools.]

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) together with a transfer impact assessment. [Confirm destinations and the exact mechanism for each transfer.]

6. Retention

We keep enquiry and consent records for no longer than necessary for the purposes above, and in any case no more than 5 years from your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email info@metadoor-dev.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. Is provision mandatory?

Providing contact details is necessary to respond to your request; without them we cannot contact you. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect our response to your enquiry.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of your enquiry data.
