Metadoor Invest (the "Controller") operates this website (en.metadoor-dev.com) and processes your personal data as described below. • Responding to your demo/contact request — pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
• Marketing communications by email — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw it at any time.
• Website analytics — your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Legal compliance and record-keeping — legal obligation and legitimate interest.

4. Recipients

Providing contact details is necessary to respond to your request; without them we cannot contact you. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect our response to your enquiry.

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of your enquiry data.
